What We Do

06.1 //

CNC Milling & Turning

Repeatable, tight-tolerance parts for production runs and complex geometry.

06.2 //

Manual / Conventional Lathe

Skilled manual machining for one-offs, repairs, and the jobs where an experienced machinist beats a program.

06.3 //

One-Off & Short-Run Parts

Replacement parts, prototypes, and small batches without a production-run minimum.

06.4 //

Prototype to Production

Start with one, prove it out, then scale — same shop, same drawings, same people.

From Call to Commissioned

01

Send the part

A STEP or SolidWorks file, a drawing, or the worn part itself.

02

Program or set up

CNC for repeatability, manual for one-offs — we pick the right machine for the job.

03

Machine & inspect

Cut to tolerance and checked before it leaves.

04

Ship or assemble

Shipped, or built into a fabricated assembly in the same building.

Straight Answers

Can you machine from a sample instead of a drawing?

Yes. Send the worn or broken part; we'll measure it and machine a replacement.

What materials do you machine?

Carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless are the everyday materials. Ask about others.

Do you take single parts?

Yes. One-off and short-run parts are welcome — no project is too small.

CNC or manual?

Both. CNC for repeatable production and complex geometry; conventional for one-offs and repairs where a skilled hand is faster.

Can machined parts go into a welded assembly?

Yes — laser, fabrication, and welding are all in-house, so machined components become finished assemblies without a second vendor.
